Your privacy is extremely important to us, so we want you to know exactly what kind of information we collect about you and how we use it. We are also committed to being thoughtful about the personal information we ask you to provide and only collect what we need to enable us to provide you with the service or information you deserve.

When we use the terms “we,” “us” or “our,” we are referring to Get Your Voice Heard.
What information do we collect about you and how do we use it?
We have a couple of data capture forms on our site. These short forms allow us to contact you regarding a service or question you have enquired about. We will never contact you for any other reason unless you have opted-in to any further communication from us.
We collect the following:

Full name – so we know what to call you Email address – so we can contact you or provide you with further information Contact number – so we can contact you or provide you with further information Nature of enquiry – so we get a bit more of an insight of what we can do for you before we contact you
If you have entered your details in our ‘contact us’ form, these details will be held on our email server but not added to our database as we do not consider sending us an enquiry to be the same as subscribing to our email newsletter. Don’t you just hate companies that do that?
All records are deleted after 3 years.
Newsletter sign-up form
Email address – so we can send you our newsletter on a semi-regular basis as you requested when you subscribed via our website.
All data is held within a database on campaignmonitor.com. It is gathered using two-part authentication and the campaignmonitor.com databases are held on secure cloud server. In the unlikely event of any data breach we will inform you as soon as possible and outline any measures you should consider taking to protect your online security.
You can of course unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the automatic unsubscribe link in the emails we send to you or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org requesting that we remove your email address from our database.
We collect non-personal data through a third-party service, Google Analytics to collect internet log information. This information helps us continuously make improvements to our site and will improve your experience with our site and services. We use a Google Analytics code on our site to collect the following:

- Device type
Access to your information and correction Here at Get Your Voice Heard, we try to be as open as possible on what personal information we hold. You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, please email email@example.com write to us at the following address – Platform9, 6th Floor, Tower Point, 44 North Road, Brighton, BN1 1YR. Alternatively, you can ask us to correct any mistakes or request it to be deleted from our records.
Confidentiality and security Any information you provide us will be held securely and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations. Your personal information will not be disclosed with any other companies. In certain circumstances however, we may need to disclose your personal information if we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority. We do our best to keep your data secure, however, we cannot give a guarantee that impervious
